Pool
The 50-foot pool has been designed for swimming laps or just relaxing and enjoying the year-round water temperature of 87 degrees. There are umbrellas, tables, chairs, comfortable sofas, gas fire pit, and three designated eating areas. Wi-Fi coverage is provided. Adjacent to the pool there is a barbecue.
Valet Parking
Residents and guests can take advantage of the complimentary valet service. Transportation is also provided to the Beach Club via our golf cart.

Social Room
The Social Room at Dalton Place has been designed by an award-winning firm. There is a 65-inch flat screen tv in the media lounge, Wi-Fi, as well as tables, chairs and comfortable lounge chairs. This provides an ideal environment for residents gatherings, card games, social events or simply quiet reading.
